We are a small, specialist delivery team focused on building high‑quality solar PV projects efficiently, safely, and predictably.

Our size is intentional. It allows us to remain closely involved in every project, maintain tight control over cost and programme, and adapt quickly as site conditions, grid requirements, or client priorities evolve.

When supplied with a consented and funded project, we have the capability to deliver up to approximately 15 MW of solar projects per year, using a proven EPC and project‑management framework operating in the south west.

We have successfully delivered multiple ground‑mounted solar schemes using the same commercial structures, subcontractor network, and delivery controls that we apply today. These projects were executed profitably and with strong alignment between cost, scope, and programme.

The key constraint on delivery is project availability, not internal capacity or systems.

We operate a lightweight EPC and project‑management model designed to minimise fixed overhead and maximise delivery focus:

• Core project leadership retained in‑house
• Specialist works delivered by experienced subcontractors
• Early and ongoing coordination with DNOs, designers, and suppliers
• Stage payments structured to align with construction progress and risk

This approach allows us to scale delivery up to around 15 MW per year without compromising quality or increasing client risk.
